| Moving Out |

| A 30 day written notice is required when you decide to leave CHRC. The 30 days will begin when the CHA receives this written notice. All house and mailbox keys must be turned in either at the inspection or to the Administration Office. A move-out inspection will be scheduled and the unit will be inspected noting any damages, repair and cleaning to be done. Resident will be given the opportunity to be present at the move-out inspection. |
